I'm not even sure i'm writing in the correct place......

Well here it goes my first ever blog! I am sat here with my new mac feeling like I have all the gear and no idea!

If i'm honest I didn't really know what the BAPP course at Middlesex University entailed, all I knew was that I needed to take this course in order to top up my Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance up to a degree, which I need in order to pursue a career in teaching dance in secondary education.

I thought I would give my first blog a go as an introduction to starting my course, having met a few of my peers via skype I now feel that I am not alone behind my computer screen. I could take up hours of my Tutors time asking questions about what the course entails, where in actual fact i need to work that out for myself, the course is so broad and can cover whatever you need it to, for me this is hard to get my head around as being a professional dancer, I am used to being told exactly what to do at what time and how high to do it!

However I am very excited to begin my journey at University, having graduated 4 years ago it's time to dust off the eduction hat and get stuck back into it!
